Planning Applications are normally discussed at the Upton Parish Full Council meeting which meets once a month, on the first Tuesday of the month. The Agenda for the forthcoming meeting is published at least 3 days prior to the meeting.
Whilst the Parish Council is a statutory consultee and considers/comments on all applications affecting the parish, planning matters are controlled and decided by the Local Planning Authority, which is West Northamptonshire Council.
