Despite the wet weather, the UMRA Christmas Fayre on 4th December was a heart-warming and well-attended event. Guests enjoyed pizza, hot chocolate, live Christmas music performed by Lincoln, as well as craft and sweet stalls at Upton Meadows Primary School. Attendees also had the opportunity to see real reindeer on Upton Square and welcomed Santa in his sleigh for the official Christmas light switch-on.
We extend our sincere gratitude to all who participated—it was wonderful to witness families enjoying themselves and to see Upton Square enlivened with festive spirit.
Special thanks go to UMRA, The Land Trust, Rotary Club of Northampton, and Upton Meadows Primary School for their roles in organising this event. Councillors Andrew Holt, Alan Bottwood, Pauline Goodley, Colin Hull, Matthew Kinton, and Mark Watson attended the event to lend a helping hand and to join the fun.
Happy Christmas Upton!
