Councillor Mark Watson and Councillor Michael Warnes (pictured) have been busy in Upton Square. Our wooden fingerpost sign had broken at soil level – a combination of rot and poor installation. Thanks to Mark and Mike, the post has now been reinstated with a stronger footing.
We’re also pleased to announce the installation of a brand‑new Upton Parish Council noticeboard, located just outside Upton Meadows Primary School.
The noticeboard is primarily for public information on council matters, but we do have space for other community topics from time to time.
